Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (for all fashion products), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase (Soft or Hard Copy).

A second shipment fee will be applied for picking up a return and any price difference will be charged in the case of exchanging with a different product. *If the product is defected, the return will be free of charge & you will get a full refund*

Refunds take up to 10 business days to be processed. The courier will pick up the returned item and refund you. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, it may take up to 14 business days depending on the bank.

You will be refunded the same way you purchased your item.

Shipping

Shipping takes up to 2 business days inside Cairo & Giza and up to 5 working days to other governorates, excluding weekends and public holidays.
